Laurel Island Yard Refresh

This duplex project turned into 3 duplex projects as neighbors joined in on the opportunity to refresh their yards.

We began with a consultation on how to manage the weeds and eroding back yard. We discussed wants, needs, colors, function and budget.

We put together a drawing of the potential upgrades, and then presented a 3d rendering to illustrate what was possible.

Working within a budget, we separated this projecting into phases. The first phase, as River Tides was just forming, Coastal Mowing Masters came to the rescue, followed our design and installed the front bed and some sod.

A few months later, as our team expanded, we went back for phase 2, where we ripped out so much sparse grass, weeds and removed long buried flagstone from underneath.

We put down an additional 4 pallets of sod to assist, some well placed plants and mulch.
