We are looking for a few individuals who are self starters, eager to learn, and ready to get dirty! At River Tides, we treat employees like family, we hire locally and we provide education opportunities for growth within the company. We are currently seeking the following positions:

Crew Members
Landscape laborers with an eye for quality. Must have valid driver's license, dependable transportation.
We do things differently at River Tides - customers and quality are #1.
This is not a mowing position, this is installing and maintaining landscapes.

Office Manager
Prior experience as an Executive Admin beneficial. Must be able to manage ordering, calendars, account receivable/payable. Must be solid on technology, including Quickbooks, Google Workspace (or MS Office), Jobber experience nice to have. We are looking for someone that is organized and methodical to ensure our customers both retail and landscape services are taken care of!

Landscape Software Engineer
Experience with GIS, CAD, Realtime Landscape, Sketchup or similar software. This is a part time contract position.

Nursery Manager
Responsible for intake, care, inventory and ordering of plant stock.
Must be technically with Google Workspace and Square Retail systems as well as have plant life cycle experience.

Retail Staff
Experience with Square Retail POS system a huge plus! Must be available weekends. Plant knowledge is required, native plant knowledge is a plus, but will train.
This is a sales and checkout position, and you will be required to assist customers with plant selections based on known conditions.

Junior Landscape Designer
You must have local plant knowledge and success gardening in our climate. Certification is a nice to have, but I will help the right candidate through the certification process. Technology skills are mandatory as you must be able to draw landscape plans digitally, track work in our work management system and other administrative tasks related to the role.
